New curler Greg Stevenson was excited about his new career opportunity – and the opportunity to share curling in his new home. Greg moved from Ontario to Arctic Bay, Nunavut, a community of just over 800 where he is a teacher at Inuujaq School.

Rocks & Rings, using FloorCurl equipment, was a perfect fit for the physical education program in this school of 200. FloorCurl equipment is easy to store and very portable, meaning that the whole school community can enjoy the sport in the school gym. Students love the equipment and look forward to curling in the gym.

The school is looking to bring more FloorCurl kits to the school for next year, meaning more students can try curling!
